Honestly I have been so bad about taking pictures this Summer. We have been so busy trying to get settled into our new house and get ready for Chloe's arrival and really have not had a lot of time to do much to even get pictures of. Here are a few highlights though that I was able to catch on camera.

Sophie is really good about not throwing awful toddler temper tantrums but she will lay herself down on the floor when it is time to do something she does not want to do. No crying, no screaming, just laying. So funny, it is hard not to laugh. Here we needed to leave the house and she did not want to get in the car.
She has started taking her pacis again...and randomly gave them the name of Boppy. Not sure where that came from. I think the return to the paci is due to Chloe about to be here and/or her two year molars are coming in. Could be a combination.
We have gotten out all the baby gear and Sophie has really enjoyed this bouncy seat again....much more so than when she was a baby.
Sitting in her favorite chair Uncle Jesse got her and watching her videos on the iPhone. A favorite pastime this Summer.
Da-da and Poppy John made a visit from Australia in June and July. We had so much fun visiting and playing with them.
Sophie spent most of her time trying to hijack Poppy John's iPad and giving him straws....for his wine. Glad we got over the straw fetish quickly thanks to Poppy John putting new drawer locks on.

Sophie got a new baby doll from her Da-da and baby doll even got her own knitted blanket! Practicing swaddling for when Chloe gets here.
